We collect your drawings, messages, name suggestions, votes, reports and appeals; guest cookie identifiers and IP addresses; and, when you sign in, your provider ID, name, email (including verification status) and profile image if supplied by Google, Apple, Microsoft or Discord. We store linked identities in one account. We do not store provider access tokens or receive your provider password.

We use this information to run the game, authenticate you, save work and link accounts (providing the service), and to secure and moderate the site, investigate reports and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests). We also comply with applicable legal obligations. Sign-in is optional for guest play; without the necessary identifiers we cannot provide accounts or private access to your work.

Completed drawings and their titles appear publicly in the gallery and wallpaper and can be downloaded. Chat is available to fellow participating artists; administrators can access moderation evidence. Your account identity is not displayed to other artists. Do not include personal or sensitive information in drawings or messages.

DigitalOcean hosts our service and database. Your chosen sign-in provider processes authentication under its own privacy policy; its infrastructure may be outside the UK. We do not sell your data or use Google account data for advertising. We share information only to provide the service, handle abuse or meet legal requirements. Contact us for details of applicable international-transfer safeguards.

Essential cookies remember guest identity and adult-entry acceptance for up to one year, and account sessions for up to 30 days; authentication also uses short-lived security cookies. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser, but may lose guest access.

Empty Head drafts expire after 30 minutes of inactivity; guest Head drafts with ink after 24 hours. Account drafts, completed work and account records have no automatic expiry. Chat closes after five minutes, but its records are retained. Reports, blocks and appeals remain after unblocking to prevent repeat abuse. We review deletion requests individually, retaining records only where needed for service, security or legal purposes; backup copies may persist until rotated.

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to processing. Rights depend on the circumstances. You may complain to the ICO. The site is for adults aged 18+; tell us if a child has supplied data. Abuse reports can trigger an automatic block at five distinct reporters within 24 hours, including a temporary IP block; use the Appeal option for administrator review.
